Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking an Inside Service Sales Associate in Austin, TX. The role focuses on service quotes, order fulfillment, and customer support within a hybrid work arrangement.

The candidate will manage inquiries, coordinate quotations and orders, and drive sales targets while maintaining data integrity in the CRM. A 4-year degree is preferred, with 3–5 years in inside sales and experience with CRMs/ERPs beneficial.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in inside sales and customer service.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with quote generation.
• 3-5 years experience with CRMs and ERPs (C4C, SAP, Oracle or similar).
• MS Office proficiency with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
• Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) a plus.
• Comfortable performing high-volume, repetitive data-entry tasks.
• Experience in inbound or outbound call center a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing customers to drive sales revenue growth.
• Generate, quote, and submit service and service plan quotes; manage orders in CRM.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and prospects; coordinate quote-to-order process.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution.
• Maintain data integrity and track sales activities within the CRM database.
