Qualifications

• 3–5 years in inside sales and customer service
• Experience with quote generation in fast-paced environments
• 3–5 years with CRMs/ERPs (Salesforce/SAP/Oracle/C4C)
• Proficient MS Office with typing speed 50 WPM
• Spanish language a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue by acquiring new customers while nurturing existing accounts
• Understand service plan portfolio and upsell features
• Generate, submittal, and manage quotes and orders across CRM/ERP
• Maintain data integrity and provide accurate order processing and follow-up
