Job summary

Atlas Copco seeks an Inside Sales/Outbound Specialist in Deer Park, TX. You will drive customer success through outbound outreach, lead generation, and coordinated quotes with the Area Sales Manager. The role collaborates with engineering and product teams to implement sales strategies and improve revenue.

The first 90 days are on-site, followed by a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two remote. A customer-focused, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in B2B process documentation and project management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Customer minded, positive, curious and resilient.
High organizational skills.
Willingness to travel and attend meetings/calls.

Responsibilities

Perform market research using PGA, IIR, and databases.
Identify target customers and create leads/opportunities.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Make extensive outbound calls and emails to prospects.
Route qualified opportunities to the ASM for development and closure.
Collaborate with ASM to build the pipeline, prepare quotes, and close deals.
Maintain Salesforce data quality and stay aligned with marketing.
