Haulistic is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to build a foundation in the logistics industry in Warrenville, IL, with remote work on Mon and Fri and in-office Tue–Thu. You will learn, grow, and develop as part of a team that values effort and results.

The role offers hands-on sales training, mentorship, and a defined career path from entry to account roles, with base compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred; logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and by email.
• Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback.
• Self-motivated with competitive drive and client relationship focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a book of business, make outbound calls, prepare quotes, and resolve customer issues as you grow in the role.
• Make outbound cold calls as part of building your pipeline; we have invested in tools and technology to help you do this effectively.
• Work closely with internal teams to create a smooth, positive experience for customers.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and help create long-term relationships built on trust and responsiveness.
• Learn your customers’ shipping needs, understand their challenges, and help provide the right solutions.
• Build and manage a customer pipeline with support, training, and guidance from the team.
• Get comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone and solving problems in a fast-moving environment.
