You will learn customer needs, propose suitable products, prepare quotes, and explain financing options while driving individual and team sales goals.

After training, a hybrid schedule is available: 2 days remote and 3 days in office. The role emphasizes CRM accuracy, collaborative problem solving, and a strong customer experience mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or customer-facing sales roles.
• Experience meeting sales goals or performance metrics.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Engage professionally with customers and business partners through approved communication platforms.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand needs, answer questions, and recommend products.
• Guide opportunities through the sales process from inquiry to completed sale and quotes.
• Prepare and revise customer quotes and present financing options.
• Follow up consistently with customers using established sales processes.
• Accurately document customer activities and interactions in CRM systems.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and sales practices.
• Work toward sales goals, KPIs, and customer experience objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customers and hit objectives.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and training sessions.
