Tuff Shed, Inc. in Lancaster, TX seeks an engaging Inside Sales Representative to guide customers from inquiry to purchase. You will conduct consultative conversations, prepare quotes, explain financing options, and document activities in CRM while aiming for personal and team sales goals.

The role offers a hybrid schedule after training: 2 days remote and 3 days in office, with opportunities to collaborate across departments and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer engagement and consultative selling skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer opportunities and follow-up activities.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.

Responsabilités

• Engage professionally with customers and partners through approved platforms.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand needs and present products and upgrades.
• Guide opportunities from inquiry to sale, including quotes and financing options.
• Prepare and revise quotes and present financing options.
• Follow up consistently using established sales processes and KPIs.
• Document customer activities in CRM and company systems.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, policies and sales practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customers and meet sales goals.
