Achieve is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to guide members through personalized digital finance solutions. You will manage a high-volume pipeline, close deals quickly, and continuously optimize outreach strategies.

Hybrid/remote options available across the US, with emphasis on Phoenix, AZ and Texas markets. The role requires 2–3+ years in inside sales or related fields, a proven track record of achieving targets, and strong communication with a tech-savvy approach.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of inside sales, outbound call center or financial/consultative sales experience.
• History of succeeding in a fast-paced, commission-heavy environment.
• Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Engage warm leads with high-volume outbound dials (up to 100+ daily).
• Lead consultative, one- or two-call closes by identifying customer needs and outlining product value.
• Own your pipeline: 20–200+ active leads with diligent follow-up and prioritization.
• Balance empathy and direction to guide clients through complex financial decisions.
• Crush targets: consistently meet/exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales goals and schedule adherence.
• Navigate CRM: use Salesforce to track activity and maintain pipeline accuracy.
