Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service and Sales Representative at our Lancaster, TX call center. A hybrid schedule is available after training: 2 days remote, 3 days in office.

You will sell Tuff Shed wholesale products to Home Depot customers and provide top-notch service to partners to meet sales goals. Based in the CSC, you will use Salesforce CRM and JD Edwards for leads and orders, while maintaining security of customer data and collaborating with the data entry team to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in call center or customer service preferred.
• Sales experience including direct/internet/phone sales preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and HD partners via calls, emails, and chat.
• Sells wholesale products and services to HD customers; achieves monthly goals.
• Tracks customer leads using Salesforce CRM and JD Edwards data management system.
• Follows up with leads by phone, email, or chat.
• Protects sensitive customer information and shreds printed data.
• Co-ordinates with data entry to resolve order issues.
