Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative for our Customer Service Center in Lancaster, TX. The role combines in-office collaboration with a hybrid schedule after a training period, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

You will guide customer opportunities through consultative sales, generate quotations, discuss financing options, and document activities in our CRM to help convert inquiries into sales and qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Bilingual speaking and written skills in English and Spanish, preferred.
• Strong customer engagement and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and develop customer relationships.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities and follow-up activities simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet applications, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and business partners through multiple communication channels, building positive relationships.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify needs and recommend products and upgrades.
• Document activities and interactions within CRM and company systems.
• Generate and revise quotations, present financing options, and assist customers in evaluating solutions.
• Follow up with customers according to sales processes and contact cadence requirements.
• Remain informed on products, promotions, and policies.
• Protect sensitive customer information and comply with security requirements.
• Meet sales goals and KPIs and participate in meetings and training.
