Job summary

AA Metals, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager/Inside Sales to manage and expand our customer base in the metals industry. You will serve as the primary contact, maintain strong business relationships, and drive sales to meet targets.

This role requires market knowledge, stellar communication, and the ability to coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance. You will generate new leads, nurture existing accounts, and provide regular reports on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in sales/account management or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales by building new and lasting relationships with potential customers.
• Prepare reports using key sales metrics.
• Analyze sales reports and course correct where needed.
• Act as daily point of contact for customers and staff regarding sales inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Track orders to ensure on-time fulfillment and accuracy.
• Develop long-term relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the metals market.
