Job summary

AA Metals, Inc. in Orlando is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the Building and Construction segment, expand our customer base, and serve as the primary contact for clients.

You will leverage deep knowledge of aluminum and stainless products to deliver tailored solutions and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong sales leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure accurate invoicing and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, economics, engineering, or related field.
• Proven sales, account management, or business development experience in the metals industry.
• Strong knowledge of metals market, products, pricing, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships.
• Proficient in CRM software and related business tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in building and construction sector.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the building and construction business segment.
• Understand product specs and applications to communicate with clients.
• Prepare reports using key sales metrics and analyze sales data.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance for orders and invoicing.
• Prospect for new customers and suppliers to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Conduct regular client meetings to identify upsell opportunities.
