• Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts.
• Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Provide personalized solutions and address issues promptly.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
• Source new sales opportunities and upsell with outside sales teams.
• Assist in preparing quotes and proposals and follow up on leads.
• Enter orders, process purchase orders, and manage inventory.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and account details.
