Job summary

ATG LED Lighting is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to grow revenue across electrical distributors, rep agencies, and contractor/ESCO channels. You’ll be the day-to-day contact for quotes, project support, and account development in a hybrid in-office/remote role.

We expect 2+ years in inside sales or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to read spec sheets and understand the catalog.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or account management; lighting or building products preferred.
• Strong phone and written communication; able to handle high quote volume.
• Comfort reading spec sheets, photometrics, and deep product catalogs.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a pipeline across electrical distributors, rep agencies, contractors, and ESCOs.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and cross-reference requests with fast turnaround.
• Support outside reps with pricing, product selection, spec sheets, lead times, and samples.
• Prospect new distributor branches and contractor accounts by phone and email.
• Guide customers to the right product using ATG’s catalog, DLC listings, and rebates.
• Coordinate with operations on order status, inventory, and delivery timelines.
• Track activity, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM.
• Represent ATG at trade shows, counter days, and trainings.
