Job summary

ATG LED Lighting is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and drive revenue across distributor, rep agency, and contractor channels. This hybrid role combines in-office leadership with remote flexibility, owning the day-to-day sales engine from quotes to forecast.

You will coach the team, tighten processes, and partner with outside sales and operations to deliver fast, reliable customer experiences. A base salary and performance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inside sales experience with 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience in lighting, electrical, or building products preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team; set goals and review pipeline and quotes.
• Own quote and bid workflow: prioritization, pricing accuracy, turnaround times, and follow-up.
