Keystone Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team from the Jacksonville area. The role involves quoting, responding to inquiries, and nurturing customer relationships with a focus on lighting products.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of inside sales experience, with a preference for lighting knowledge. Hybrid onsite in Florida with potential remote alignment and onboarding at HQ in Lansdale, PA.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Lighting knowledge is a plus, hybrid roles may require it; lighting experience preferred for remote role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Territory Managers, and Director of Sales Operations to monitor inventory and future demand.
• Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specifications.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility with Excel and CRM tools.
• Oversee pipeline to ensure deals close properly.
• Process customer purchase orders and allocate material.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers to drive demand.
• Assist with time-sensitive purchase orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
