Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field with seven years in IT and two years of technical leadership
• Experience evaluating business requirements and designing complete systems solutions in complex environments
• Health insurance domain knowledge and regulatory understanding preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Define architectural vision for resilient database and storage infrastructure across multiple product teams
• Design end-to-end database and storage solutions with encryption, backup, and disaster recovery
• Establish enterprise resiliency standards including high availability and cyber recovery
• Embed observability and telemetry for real-time platform health visibility
• Ensure security controls, RBAC, encryption, and auditing across deployments
• Lead impact assessments and capacity planning for storage and compute resources
