Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking an Infrastructure Architect – Database & Storage to lead the architectural vision across cloud-native, on-prem, and hybrid environments. You will drive high-availability, encryption, and disaster recovery while embedding deep observability for proactive health monitoring.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in database/storage architectures, and a solid background in health insurance tech and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• Seven years in IT with two years in technical leadership/architecture.
• Experience evaluating requirements and designing complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architectural vision & technical strategy for resilient DB/storage infra.
• End-to-end design of database/storage solutions incl. encryption and DR.
• Establish high availability, fault tolerance and cyber recovery standards.
• Embed observability and telemetry for real-time platform health.
• Lead capacity planning and governance for scalable infrastructure.
