Job summary

Fitch Group in Chicago seeks a HR Service Centre Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle from hire to retire. You will process people transactions, ensure accuracy, and resolve queries within SLA while collaborating with teammates.

Hybrid role requiring strong knowledge of local HR regulations, data privacy, and stakeholder engagement. You will build a knowledge base and contribute to HR Services strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced HR Operations/HR Service Centre environment.
• Strong understanding of local legal requirements (e.g., I-9, data privacy).
• Experience managing HR processes in a matrix/complex organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor volumes and improve processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong ownership.

Responsibilities

• Execute people transactions across the employee lifecycle from hire to retire.
• Resolve queries within SLA and escalate when needed to the Team Leader.
• Build a robust knowledge repository of HR processes.
• Contribute to delivering and executing HR Services Strategy.
