The role collaborates with managers and support functions to deliver engaging programs, accurate reporting, and timely responses to employee inquiries, fostering a compliant and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in HR Operation.
• Experience in onboarding, employee lifecycle, and payroll coordination.
• Familiarity with HR compliance, PF/ESIC, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end onboarding and induction.
• Manage employee lifecycle, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Maintain HR records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs.
• Support statutory compliance and audits.
• Generate monthly HR dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Admin, IT and other functions.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries.
