Job summary

CFS is seeking a Human Resources Generalist / Training Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting, campus recruiting, onboarding, and the development of training initiatives. You will support performance management, create HR reporting and workforce analytics, and ensure compliance in a hybrid work setting in the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
3+ years HR experience focused on recruiting, training, and performance management.
Experience developing or delivering corporate training programs.
Strong Excel, HRIS, ATS, and HR reporting/analytics skills.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting, campus recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employer branding.
Develop, coordinate, and deliver employee training programs and orientations.
Support performance management processes, evaluations, goal tracking, and coaching.
Create HR reporting and workforce analytics to inform leadership decisions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies, and assist benefits initiatives as needed.
