Job summary

Kind-Behavioral-Health is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, data management, and employee inquiries. This role reports to the HR Manager and collaborates with multiple HR functions to ensure efficient processes and a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 2–3 years of admin, customer service, data entry, scheduling or HR support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, with 1 year HR internship or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-employment compliance by auditing records and coordinating background checks, drug tests, I-9s, and new hire docs.
• Enter and maintain accurate employee data in the HCM system and update changes to titles, addresses, compensation, and benefits.
• Manage the HR mailbox and respond to Level 1–2 HR inquiries on policies, benefits, and payroll.
• Assist with HR reports and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations.
