Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an HR Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the HR department, partnering with the Senior Director of HR and leadership team across Charlotte and beyond.

You will manage end-to-end HR initiatives, provide executive support, coordinate calendars, prepare leadership materials, and drive process improvements in a hybrid environment. This role rewards ownership and cross-functional collaboration with discretion and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years in HR operations, program coordination, or executive support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of HR initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to HR leadership and calendar coordination.
• Draft, review, and edit professional communications for HR initiatives and leadership updates.
• Prepare executive materials and reports, tracking commitments and action items.
• Identify and drive improvements to HR workflows and processes.
