Job summary

Rosendin, a leading employee-owned electrical contractor in the United States, is seeking an HR Program Manager who will act as the operational backbone for HR initiatives and partner with the Senior Director of HR and leadership to advance programs with discipline and focus.

This hybrid role blends project management rigor with executive support, requiring comfort prioritizing competing priorities, clear communication with senior leaders, and hands-on delivery across HR programs and daily

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4–6+ years in HR operations, program coordination, or executive support within HR.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
High discretion handling confidential HR matters.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end management of HR initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
Build and maintain program plans, milestones, and trackers; follow up on action items and keep initiatives on schedule.
Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners to drive consistency and accountability in program delivery.
Prepare status updates, executive summaries, and reporting materials for HR leadership reviews.
