Job summary
Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Process Optimization Program Manager Lead, HR Technology to own and improve Rosendin's HR technology ecosystem centered on Workday.
You will drive end-to-end implementations, build testing frameworks, and partner with IT and vendors to deliver automation and enhancements across HR processes. You will manage intake, prioritize changes, and maintain a comprehensive HR tech roadmap, collaborating with Payroll, L&D, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and IT to align
Qualifications
- 10+ years total experience in HR technology.
- 5+ years leading Workday implementations end-to-end.
- Experience building/testing Workday modules and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle HR technology optimization projects with Workday as the core platform.
- Design, build, and maintain a formal testing framework for HR systems.
- Own intake, requirements, and roadmapped automation opportunities across HR.
- Partner with IT and vendors to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.
- Maintain HR technology roadmap and provide regular leadership updates.
