Job summary

Rosendin seeks an experienced HR Program Manager to act as a backbone for HR operations, partnering with the Senior Director of HR and leadership. The role blends project management with executive support, handling calendars, meetings, and governance forums while driving HR program delivery.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years in HR operations and strong communication skills, with discretion in handling confidential matters in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent.
• 4–6+ years in HR operations, program coordination, or executive/admin support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• High discretion with confidential HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Build program plans, milestones, trackers, and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence and HRBPs for consistency.
• Prepare executive summaries and reporting materials for leadership reviews.
