Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an HR Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the HR department, partnering with the Senior Director of HR and leadership. The role blends project management rigor with executive support, handling calendars, meetings, and governance forums while driving HR programs to successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6+ years in HR operations and strong communication, discretion, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business Administration.
• 4-6+ years in HR operations, program coordination, or executive support.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Discretion and professionalism handling confidential matters.
• Experience with MS Office and project management tools.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR program execution and support with executive leadership.
• Manage calendars, meetings, and leadership logistics.
• Draft communications and coordinate cross-functional partners.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and reporting for reviews.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements.
• Maintain confidential HR leadership documentation.
