Job summary
Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Process Optimization Program Manager Lead, HR Technology to own the health, functionality and continuous improvement of Rosendin's HR tech ecosystem, with Workday at the core.
You will drive end-to-end implementations and partner with IT and external vendors to deliver automation and enhancements. You will lead the full lifecycle of HR technology initiatives, build a centralized intake, maintain a testing framework, and provide clear status updates to HR
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or IS; 10+ years in HR tech.
- 5+ years leading Workday implementations and upgrades.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor partnership experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle HR technology implementations and optimizations with Workday as core.
- Build testing framework (UAT, regression, release) across HR processes.
- Own intake process and IT/vendor liaison for optimizations.
- Develop HR tech roadmap and communicate status to stakeholders.
