Job summary

Cactus Wellhead in Houston, TX is seeking an HR Operations Administrator to support global HR efforts with a focus on compliance, payroll, and benefits administration. You will work with the HR Business Partner to deliver accurate, timely administrative support across the region.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Office Administration certificate program or a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources or a related field; or three to five years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a Human Resources environment
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Proven experience in HR operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of payroll and timekeeping systems.
• Can work cross-functionally
• Familiarity with benefit administration platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to represent the HR team professionally and engagingly.
• Experience in payroll/HR administration; multi-country exposure strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a professional and engaging representative of the HR team in all interactions.
• Ensure compliance with regional labor laws.
• Address payroll inquiries and audit payroll profiles.
• Manage employee timekeeping with platforms like UKG or OneView.
• Assist in benefits administration using Benefix.
• Support HR initiatives with the Global Payroll Manager.
