Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of payroll, timekeeping, HR, accounting, or related administrative experience preferred.
• Experience processing payroll for hourly employees.
• Experience with time and attendance systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume hourly environment preferred.
• Experience with multistate payroll.
• Experience with garnishments, off-cycle payrolls, bonus payrolls, and third-party sick pay.
• Experience supporting payroll audits.
• Experience with WFM and Syteline or similar systems.
• Experience with UKG or other payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for hourly employees accurately and on time.
• Prepare special payroll calculations and adjustments.
• Handle off-cycle payrolls, final payments, and third-party sick pay.
• Review data for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and email final pay statements.
• Maintain payroll records and reports and administer the timekeeping system.
• Coordinate with managers to resolve timekeeping issues and payroll inquiries.
