Hunter Hamilton is seeking a Human Resources Administrator in Sugar Land, TX. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) and contract-to-hire, supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle processes with attention to compliance and data accuracy.

Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding/offboarding in Workday or UKG, maintaining HRIS data, and partnering with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to drive HR service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HR correspondence and documentation, maintain records and trackers, coordinate meetings, monitor deadlines, and follow up on routine HR actions.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, leaves, and terminations.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding in HR systems, including Workday or UKG.
• Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and employee records with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to support daily HR operations.
• Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and HR documentation.
• Support HRBP-led projects, process improvements, and initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Track project milestones, action items, and follow-up activities.
