Job summary

Littelfuse is hiring for an onsite/hybrid HR Operations role in Highland, IL to support the employee lifecycle and maintain Workday data. You will handle onboarding, job changes, and benefits administration while delivering responsive HR services across the U.S.

The role requires 1–2 years in HR operations, strong Excel/Office skills, and clear English communication; Spanish is a plus. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or similar
• Experience with HR systems; Workday preferred
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is an advantage
• Ability to collaborate across HR and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding, job changes, organizational updates, employee data changes, benefits administration and offboarding activities
• Maintain accurate and compliant records in Workday and other HR systems; perform data validation, audits, and required follow-up
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries through Workday and email with timely, customer-focused support
• Prepare and administer employment lifecycle documentation and contribute to regional service-level performance
• Support policy-related compliance requirements, maintain document retention practices aligned with local and regional requirements
