Job summary

BelPak in Elgin, IL, is seeking an HR Analyst for a hybrid role with on-site presence. You will administer Paylocity and Dayforce, manage master data and HRIS workflows, and build dashboards for executive reporting.

You will partner with HR and leadership to drive workforce analytics, budgeting support, and process improvements while ensuring data governance and compliance across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, IS, data analytics or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years administering global HRIS platforms (Paylocity and/or Dayforce preferred).
• Experience with payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and workforce planning.
• Advanced Excel and reporting/analytics experience; BI platforms desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Paylocity, Dayforce, and related HR systems.
• Manage employee master data, structures, security roles, workflows and approvals.
• Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Create and maintain human capital analytics, dashboards, and reports.
