Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking an experienced Lead Analyst, HRIS (Workday & AI) to partner with HR leaders and specialist teams to implement optimal Workday solutions. This senior role drives configuration, testing, validation, and annual processes, while leading AI-enabled HR initiatives.

You will mentor teammates, manage critical HRIS projects, and help shape future technology direction in a fully remote setting. A strong Workday background and data governance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HRIS or related field.
• 7+ years of HRIS/HR technology experience with hands-on Workday configuration.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting, security, testing, and release management.
• Ability to resolve complex issues and manage projects end-to-end.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide HR leaders to configure and implement Workday changes across modules.
• Own recurring annual processes like year-end performance reviews and calibration.
• Build AI-enabled solutions and automate HR workflows.
• Provide training and mentoring to analysts and lead small project activities.
