Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a People Services Specialist to ensure an exceptional associate experience. You will be a central contact for pre-hires and associates, handling inquiries, onboarding, and HR transactions while driving accuracy and compliance.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with three on-site days in Deerfield, IL and remote work the remaining days, supporting a broad range of HR programs and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, Shared Services, HR Operations, Recruiting, HR Technology, or related field.
• Demonstrated customer service experience and effective communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for associates and HR through AskHR and other channels.
• Support onboarding, orientation, changes, offboarding and related HR activities.
• Process HR transactions in Workday and other HR systems with data integrity.
