The role focuses on HR operations, data governance, auditing, and process improvement in collaboration with HR Partners, Legal, and other stakeholders. You will execute Workday transactions, maintain data integrity, and contribute to projects advancing compliant, scalable HR operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in HR Shared Services/HR Operations or similar environment.
• Experience using Workday or similar HRIS to process transactions and manage data.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support specialized HR programs and lifecycle processes, including internal mobility and immigration tracking.
• Execute Workday transactions and data changes with accuracy and governance.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Legal to resolve escalated issues.
• Conduct audits and data validations to ensure compliance and data quality.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documents for consistent execution.
• Assist HR tech enhancements, testing and reporting to improve efficiency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned programs and processes.
