Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking an HR Operations professional to execute employee lifecycle transactions, maintain HR data, and deliver responsive HR services across the U.S. The role supports onboarding, changes, benefits, and offboarding in Workday, ensuring data quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in HR operations, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. English communication is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, shared services, or a similar role.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
• Proficient written and verbal English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• HR Transactions & Data Management: Onboarding, job changes, org updates, data changes, benefits, offboarding; maintain Workday records.
• HR Service Delivery & Case Management: Respond to inquiries via Workday and email; support SLA metrics.
• Reporting, Data Quality & Compliance: Support audits and policy compliance; maintain retention practices.
• Process Improvement & Regional Projects: Improve HR processes; participate in testing and HR ops initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
