Job summary

OneDigital seeks an HR Operations Specialist for a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA. You will support the People and Culture team, handling onboarding, offboarding, and employee records in Workday while collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, DEIB, and Learning & Development.

You will manage state and federal reporting, stay/interviews, and help optimize HR processes. A Bachelor’s degree in HR and 3+ years’ experience are preferred, with strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR Coordinator, Specialist, or related HR role required
• HRIS/Workday experience and strong communication skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Respond to HR inquiries via email and calls; resolve or escalate as needed
• Facilitate onboarding: create job profiles in Workday, background checks, offer letters, onboarding
• Conduct new hire orientations and maintain onboarding documentation
• Perform stay and exit interviews to improve onboarding experience
• Manage offboarding processes and related documentation
• Prepare federal/state employment reports and respond to DOL/IRS inquiries
• Administer Workday data entry and tracking; support performance management
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, DEIB, L&D, and Internal Communications
