The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office Tue/Wed and remote other days, pay $21-$22/hour, and start date November 16, 2026. High school diploma required; 2 years HR exp preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of HR experience preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, HR administration, employee records, or HR data entry.
• Experience with an HRIS or HR software system.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and manage workload independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process new hires accurately and on time.
• Review and maintain new hire documentation and employee records.
• Download onboarding documents and upload them into the electronic file management system.
• Enter and maintain employee information within the HR system.
• Assist with payroll-related paperwork and ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Respond to questions from employees, recruiting, payroll, and field administration.
• Route specialized HR questions to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic employee files.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
