Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team in Charlotte, NC. This entry-level role supports employee lifecycle processes, including new hire onboarding, status changes, and terminations, while maintaining confidential records.

You will work fully onsite with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and strong data entry skills. Proficiency in Excel and experience with UKG are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in HR, administrative support, data entry, payroll support, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong Excel skills are required and will be evaluated during the hiring process.
• Experience using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is strongly preferred.

$23-25/hour while temporary; $55,000 annual salary plus profit sharing upon conversion

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join a growing Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level HR professional interested in building a long-term career in Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits. The Onboarding Specialist will support employee lifecycle processes, including new hire onboarding, employee status changes, and terminations, while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment
