Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of HR experience preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, HR administration, employee records, or HR data entry.
• Experience with an HRIS or HR software system.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and manage workload independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Download onboarding documents and upload them into the electronic file management system.

Position Overview

Human Resources Associate

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $21-$22/hour
Location: North Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch
Hybrid Schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office; remaining days remote
Target Start Date: November 16, 2026

We are looking for a Human Resources Associate to join a busy HR team in a temp-to-hire capacity. This position will primarily support new hire onboarding, employee records, data entry, and payroll-related processes while working closely with HR, recruiting, payroll, and field administration teams.

Requirements
