Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to drive HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations and equal opportunity employment. You’ll partner with leadership to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment and support business goals.

Responsibilities include designing HR programs, guiding managers on performance management, ensuring legal compliance, and overseeing payroll, benefits, and HRIS maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior, or related field.
• 5+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience in a multi-location environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design and implement short and long term HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Provide consultative HR support to managers and supervisors on performance management and organizational change.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, and ADA Amendments Act.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, ethics reports, and policy administration fairly.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding and retention while complying with equal employment opportunity and affirmative action requirements.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits enrollment, unemployment, and workers' compensation claims.
• Lead and develop direct reports, participate in labor relations negotiations and manage departmental budget.
