Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: at least ten years in Social Work or related field, with leadership experience.
• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, management and strategic direction to the Resident Services team.
• Coach and mentor staff to grow their skills and ensure ongoing training.
• Represent HOC at meetings, events and partner engagements.
• Develop and implement strategy for engaging seniors and coordinating services.
• Oversee budgeting, data collection and reporting for program outcomes.
• Ensure contracts and grants meet standards and reporting requirements.
