Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a customer service/housing environment.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of subsidized housing program guidelines and landlord/tenant laws.

Responsibilities

• Review filings to establish client's portion of rent and HAP payments.
• Process amendments to HAP contracts reflecting household changes.
• Prepare client files for audits and reporting requirements.
• Generate reports mandated by funding sources.
• Review lease approvals and negotiate rents with landlords.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
