Qualifications

At least seven years of experience in Social Work or related field.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise nine Senior Services Specialists and three Senior Nutrition Aides.
Oversee day-to-day staff efforts and evaluate performance against division standards.
Provide guidance and tools for staff to excel in their roles.
Conduct site visits to meet staff and observe performance.
Support staff in applying best practices for older adults' daily services.
Perform administrative duties including timecards and performance evaluations.
