• Develop and implement a community engagement strategy aligned with the Cradle-to-Career Model.
• Cultivate relationships with nonprofit, for-profit, and government organizations.
• Develop, monitor, and report program metrics and outcomes.
• Manage operating budgets for all programs and services.
