Job summary

The Montgomery County Coalition seeks a Program Manager to oversee Seneca Heights Apartments' direct services and front desk operations. You will supervise a team of five, manage the program budget, and coordinate with property management to ensure timely turnover and safe, effective service delivery.

You will work closely with case management and external providers to maintain data integrity in HMIS, support client applications, and ensure compliance with grants and contracts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience with mental health and substance use treatment.
• Minimum of five years’ experience working with families and individuals in a clinical environment.
• Minimum of two years’ supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of case management, housing first, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to 5 staff positions.
• Manage program budget and submit expense reports and invoices.
• Track vacancies and coordinate unit turnover with property management.
• Coordinate delivery of items for client move‑in.
• Oversee safety and upkeep of the facility.
• Coordinate between case management and property management for effective communication and safety.
• Submit vacancies to SEPH and participate in related meetings.
• Assist clients with applications and eligibility documentation.
• Be available for on‑call emergencies and provide bi‑monthly reports.
