You will manage visits, referrals, and staff calendars, handle onboarding support, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1 year healthcare admin, scheduling, or medical office experience.
• Experience with high-volume scheduling and care coordination.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient visits, referrals, and clinician schedules.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and weekend schedules.
• Monitor caseloads and staffing needs; escalate when needed.
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling inquiries.
• Manage front desk responsibilities and office operations.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and records management.
• Maintain HIPAA and policy compliance.
