Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer to lead hardware talent acquisition for the Air Dominance and Strike division. This hybrid onsite role offers flexibility across Costa Mesa, Seattle, DC, Boston, or remote, with contract-to-hire potential.

You will independently own complex hiring projects, shape recruiting strategy, use Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem, and partner with leadership to deliver top hardware candidates while maintaining DoD clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably executive search and divisional hiring.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting tools and automation.
Collaborate with TA team, hiring managers and leadership to shape recruitment strategy and drive high-impact hires.
Advise on workforce planning through strategic updates and reviews.
