Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with autonomous tech. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to own the entire recruiting lifecycle, map talent, and partner with leaders to hire top talent in a lean, fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role in Costa Mesa, CA offers a 6-month contract with potential extension up to 18 months and possible conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as a high-volume full-cycle recruiter.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress and advising on hiring strategies.
• Experience recruiting at agencies or fast-paced startups for Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Costa Mesa office.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy with effective communication and reporting.
• Conduct a high volume of interviews and influence interview-to-offer conversions.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals and SOBO campaigns.
• Build talent maps to generate market insights for engagement strategies.
• Drive diverse talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Represent the brand and recruiting team with high caliber.
