Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. seeks a Technical Recruiter for hardware roles on a contract basis with hybrid onsite options in multiple US locations.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor on complex hiring across the division and influence recruitment strategy through data-driven insights. You’ll collaborate with leadership and the TA team to optimize processes, manage stakeholder expectations, and engage top passive candidates using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably executive search and divisional hiring.
• Proven ability to convey complex information in simple terms and drive a data-driven narrative.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and track record of influencing best practices in TA.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and a passion for innovating processes to achieve TA goals.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation.
• Collaborate with the TA team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy and drive improvements.
• Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates and business reviews.
• Engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews using tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem.
• Build talent maps and leverage market intelligence to adapt hiring strategies.
• Represent Anduril's brand internally and externally, selling our value proposition.
• Elevate recruitment best practices to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
